Welcome, Simply events has been organising handmade craft events since 2012. Every stall holders products are checked to ensure quality and that they have been hand made. We pride ourselves in only exhibiting the best crafters to ensure that our visitors get the best craft market experience possible.

2023 dates & venues…

‘Simply events’ are now looking to 2023 and can’t wait to get started on a fresh year of events.  We have three new venues for 2023, the first venue is the ‘Village Hall’ in Coggeshall, the venue has two good sized halls along with a well equipped kitchen and cafe area. The second new venue is the ‘Community Centre’ in Langham near Colchester, this is a fantastic spacious venue with a main hall and kitchen.  Our third new venue is the ‘Village Hall’ in Ardleigh near Colchester, this venue is situated in the popular village of Ardleigh and boasts a spacious hall and kitchen. Along with the three new venues we will also be back at Horringer (near Bury St Edmunds), Lawford (near Manningtree), Wickham Bishops, Clare and Lavenham in Suffolk.

Spring
 Saturday 29th April 2023 at the Village Hall, Lavenham, Suffolk (this event will be a Handmade craft & garden market, indoors & outside.)

Saturday 20th May 2023 at the Village Hall, Coggeshall, Essex

Autumn
 Saturday 9th September 2023 at the Village Hall, Wickham Bishops, Essex 
Saturday 23rd September 2023 at the Community Centre, Langham, Nr Colchester, Essex 

Saturday 7th October 2023  at the Venture Centre, Lawford, Essex
Saturday 21st October 2023 at the Village Hall, Ardleigh, Nr Colchester, Essex

Nells Studios…

“Hi, I’m Amy, I am 21, and I own and run Nells Studio! I create, promote, and design everything myself- from my pieces to my website and business cards. I have always loved making and wearing jewellery, and am passionate about thrifting and using old to make new. So, to make all my jewellery, I use vintage and second hand beads- and pearls! I specialise in creating one of a kind pieces with freshwater pearls, pieces that last and are u inquest to you. I also take commissions to create bespoke pieces, and can work with you to turn your old your jewellery into brand new pieces that you’ll love!
The name comes from my childhood nickname- Nellie, like the elephant. I was less than graceful as a little girl, so it just stuck! “

I wanted to say how much I enjoyed doing the Lavenham craft fair.  I have to admit at first I was concerned that there might not be as much footfall upstairs, but it was virtually busy all day, plus I had an excellent spot in the centre of the room, so thank you!
